So those of you Googling University of Montana FBI Investigation, know that the University of Montana President, Police and Missoula Police have known for years of the Rape Issues, and Stalking Issues as have many other authorities in Montana, including the ACLU, the Governor, the Attorney General and More. University of Montana FBI Investigation, is kind of a joke. Marc Randazza offered to buy Marc Randazza.com long ago, though Kashmir Hill of Forbes has the story all wrong, and has not even seen the entire email communication between Blogger Crystal Cox and Marc Randazza nor does she know of the content of the Marc Randazza Crystal Cox phone call.

Anyway, Marc Randazza offered for the Domain Name, then he demanded, both I refused. Then Marc Randazza, to teach me a lesson, called the Plaintiff in Obsidian V. Cox to offer Testimony, a Deposition, to set me up for Extortion though I never Extorted Him. This because he was upset over me buying the Domain Name, which is certainly NOT illegal.

AFTER Marc Randazza Joined Forces with the "Bad Guys", the Plaintiff, and I, being my own attorney was given notice of Marc Randazza's Deposition to set me up, then I got upset and AFTER this, I bought several more dotcoms to prove a point, and noticing that Marc Randazza 's wife and daughter's dotcom was available, what better way to make the point of how bad he is at this "Domainer" thing, and how he is NOT the Internet Expert he Claims to Be.

See even after Marc Randazza threatened me for own his dot com and even though he defened Isaac Eiland-Hall in the buying, owning and using the domain name
"www.GlennBeckRapedAndMurderedAYoungGirlIn1990.com" , still he did not buy the dot com of his beloved, WHAT?

Marc Randazza emailed me and told me I have no right to own a domain name that resembles his name. Talk about Double Standards. Was it extortion for the Glen Beck name to be purchased and used attacking Glen Back and accusing him of rape and murder? This Domain Name "implies"that a Young Girl is a "Minor" right? And it accuses a man of a Rape and Murder. This is Ok in the Eyes of Attorney Marc Randazza, but for some reason me Owning MarcRandazza.com is not, nor Owning JenniferRandazza.com and his childs name, which I bought AFTER he joined the plaintiff to PROVE and to prove Point, and I never Published that Information he did that. Popehat.com Kenneth White and Marc Randazza did that with her photo, as did Forbes Kashmir Hill. NOT ME.

Even after the threat to me for buying MarcRandazza.com, he still was to dumb to buy the dotcom of his own wife and child. I wanted to point out that he was a Fraud in his representation to Potential Clients, as I had interviewed Marc Randazza to possibly represent me, and he was so Disrespectful that I chose a better choice for me and for the Entire Blogger V. Journalist, Free Speech, First Amendment Rights Debate. I did not initiate connect with Marc Randazza, nor Him to me, we agreed to talk through the recommendation of another person, one of my Investigative Bloggers, whom was also on the call.

I never "Begged" Marc Randazza to be my Attorney, in FACT I never even asked. I simply took the call in order to feel out my options, and get more information on what I thought to be Experts in the First Amendment Bar. I had already been contacted by the Attorney I did choose and was weighing my options. And trying to learn all I could for best of for all who do what I do, so I could make the right decision on the next step for the Greater Good.

Marc Randazza, almost lost me the Attorney I wanted, because Marc Randazza told the Attorney that he represented me. This was after my Attorney had heard through others of the First Amendment Bar that Marc Randazza was representing me.

Those believing I begged him to be my Attorney are Flat Wrong, think about it, why would I do that when I already had what I deem to be the most respected First Amendment Expert. A Legal Scholar who treated me with respect and focused on the Merits of the Case and nothing petty what so ever. I chose a man who is Respectful of my Rights and Talks kind to me, treats me with dignity even if he disagrees he is respectful about it and presents a very Intelligent, Sensible reason why he may disagree.

And yes I took a call to see what Marc Randazza Had to say, to offer, and out of respect for my Investigative Blogger whom contacted him. And I took the call to explore my options, thing is we did not speak again and next thing I knew, he was telling others he represented me and I had already agreed to work with the Attorney I chose. I had to contact Marc Randazza to tell him he did not represent me and why, I will be posting that email in Full coming soon. No one sentence pulled out as Kash-Shmear Hill likes to do, instead of investigate the entire TRUTH and Real FACTS.

Keep in mind this Plaintiff that Marc Randazza decided to align with was the same Plaintiff he was negotiating with in December of 2011, on my behalf and WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Conflicts of Interest, Talking Behind the Potential Clients Back, Giving Away my Strategy, and completely disrespecting me and violating my right.

So Marc Randazza offered to buy the Domain Name, then Marc Randazza emailed and said you made your point what do you want and now he is Roaring that I extorted HIM, that is simply not true and is a Smoke Screen to cover up what he actually did to me.

Now Cut to David Aman, the Original Accuser of Extortion, and the One whom gave Forbes the infamous, false light defamatory email AFTER he had already won his case against me. See the Media Frenzy saying I am Guilty Until Never Given the Chance to be Proven Innocent, well they all got their Story from David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney for the Plaintiff. Yet David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney in his Frenzy to set me up for Extortion is still making me offers to Settle.

Yesterday, April 2nd 2012 David Aman, made and Offer to My Attorney to Settle. Why do this ? See David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney really wants to set me up for Extortion, he recently Deposed me and it was all about setting me up and previous income instead a real asset probe which would be about future income.

Last Week David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney threatened to file another Motion to Compel with Judge Hernandez to threaten and Harass me some more, this week an offer to Settle. It is all so convoluted.

Marc Randazza, Celebrity First Amendment Attorney, has his Panties in a Wad over Crystal Cox Blogger (Not Porn Star) rejecting him as her Attorney, and Marc Randazza, is fighting back by conspiring with the Plaintiff in Obsidian V. Cox to set up Blogger Crystal Cox.

Marc Randazza has not done his homework on Obsidian Finance Group, or Kevin Padrick to determine if there a reason to investigate, or to believe that indeed Blogger Crystal Cox does have those Journalistic Standards or Ethics that Marc Randazza spoke of, and Questioned in our conversations.

See, Marc Randazza went to school to be a journalist, and does not seem to be interested in journalistic adventures, such as reading, or Marc Randazza would easily see that Kevin Padrick and Obsidian Finance Group are in some major conflicts of interest; massive lobbying and solar tax credits issue, People in Lake County Oregon are very upset at their property rights being run over by Obsidian Finance Group, HomeStreet bank out of Washington filed an Objection to the Fees of Kevin Padrick and Obsidian Finance Group, There is history of questionable behavior over the Longview Fibre Deal and Aloha Lumber, and the Oregon Trail Issues.

Marc Randazza is so upset that Blogger Crystal Cox bought Marc Randazza .com, that Marc Randazza cannot see the forest for the trees. And in this Marc Randazza is making ALL Bloggers the Collateral Damage.

Marc Randazza’s ego is leading him around. Oh, and about the Greater Good, Marc Randazza told Crystal Cox he was impressed with her, me, for standing up for and even being willing to not file an appeal for the Greater Good if that’s what he took. Marc Randazza told blogger Crystal Cox that it was very encouraging to hear that she would choose, to not appeal if that was best for lobby efforts and the good of all Bloggers and Citizen Journalists. And yet Marc Randazza, in a pissing match with Blogger Crystal Cox is now working against the First Amendment Rights of all by working with the Plaintiff’s Camp in Obsidian V. Cox, in order to set up Blogger Crystal Cox, and to throw a fit over a Domain name that he was not smart enough to buy, Marc Randazza .com .

Marc Randazza, does not seem to care who is guilty of what. All Marc Randazza can seem to see is red, because Blogger Crystal Cox rejected him for being a controlling ass and making deals behind her back and telling the WORLD that Marc Randazza represented Crystal Cox Blogger, when clearly he did not.

So in his rage, Marc Randazza has staged a Subpoena, even though he contacted the Plaintiff and offered himself up to teach Blogger Crystal Cox a Lesson. See, Marc Randazza is working with David Aman of Tonkon Torp in attempting to silence blogger Crystal Cox who is continuing to expose; Obsidian Finance Group, Tonkon Torp, PacifiCorp, Pacific Power, Obsidian Renewables, Pamela Griffith of the Department of Justice, Judge Randall Dunn, Perkins Coie Law Firm and Steven Hedberg, Sussman Shank Law Firm and Tom Stilley and Susan Ford, Miller Nash Law Firm, US Bankruptcy Code Violations in the Summit Bankruptcy, and events surrounding the Summit Accomodators Bankruptcy based out of Bend Oregon.

Ok So What Happened? How did I, Crystal Cox Blogger begin this pissing match with Marc Randazza, Porn Star Attorney Extraordinaire?

See, after my 2.5 Million Dollar Set Up to “Attempt” to Hide the Secrets of Obsidian Finance Group, Tonkon Torp and other Big Oregon Law Firms and Corporations, well, one of my Bloggers contacted Marc Randazza and I agreed to a 3 way conversation to interview Marc Randazza, and he had agreed with my Blogger to talk with me in the possibility of taking my case.

During this call Marc Randazza said that if he took the case he would need money for a certain amount of costs and that it would be an expensive case to file appeal. He said, in a case like this he would normally charge at least $75,000. However, he was considering Pro Bono due to the Media attention I was getting, but even in that would need cost for copies and to be in a hotel in California for the appeal, if he or someone he recommended were to take the case.

Marc Randazza gave many signs during this call that Marc Randazza would most likely not represent me.

During this call Marc Randazza said he was concerned of the “record” and had to take a look at it before deciding. I said that was a responsible thing to do, he said he would look at my documents and get back to me, he did not get back to me, yet told others he represented me, more on that in a bit.

Marc Randazza told me on this call that I had “made a mess,” which I found very slamming as what I do is for the Greater Good and what I was exposing was and is on the right side of the law and certainly on the right side of the Moral Compass.

Marc Randazza saying this, let me know that he had no idea that what I did was a ‘calling,’ it was for massive change and a good thing to bring attention to this issue. Marc Randazza treated me as if I had made a “mess” and with complete disrespect. When in fact, I am creating “Media” and “Legal” attention to something that is VERY important for the Greater Good of ALL.

Marc Randazza said that he was concerned with my “Journalistic Standards”, SHOCKING isn't it, a Porn King Attorney representing folks that "Society" judges and Marc Randazza is judging and slamming my “Journalistic Standards”? Anyway this disrespectful comment led me to believe that Marc Randazza seemed to have been eating up the bad information about me, this was another sign to me that Marc Randazza was not going to represent me.

I am an Investigative Blogger. And a Very Good ONE. For Over 3 years, I have read contracts, insider emails, legal briefs, documents, LLC Agreements, Legal Filings and I listened to Audio’s of Court Sessions, watched videos of depositions and insider meetings and I interviewed, and yes took notes from the side of the Debtors, Investors, Creditors and more in the Summit Bankruptcy, deeper than any other news outlet. I have covered this story in depth and linked to lots of proof and documentation.

The Media Bloggers Association should pay close attention, as what I was doing was exposing documents, and linking to those documents, and this is what most all bloggers do. The fact that I curse, Capitalize in Odd Places and have my own "Independent Style", well that make me legally "media" as well, and it does not change the Facts. I do what ALL good Investigative Bloggers, Alternative News and Citizen Journalists Do.

Big Media wants to shut me up, so they lie about me, and for some reason Marc Randazza ate up what Big Media said about me, even though it was NOT True. Marc Randazza did not care about my side. Marc Randazza simply ran me over with his personal opinions and agenda.

Marc Randazza told me that he used to work for Big Media but now he works for bloggers and porn stars, because Marc Randazza claimed that Big Media had the agenda of creating a Monopoly so they make more money. Yet NOW Marc Randazza is working with the Plaintiff in Obsidian V. Cox.

Marc Randazza told me that he would have to talk to his existing clients, such as The Media Association of Bloggers, to see if there was a conflict before deciding to represent me or not. Marc Randazza claimed he would get back to me on this. Instead, Marc Randazza contacted the Plaintiff’s side and tried to cut a deal WITHOUT my Consent, without “getting back to me” and without discussing if he represented me, wanted to represent me or if there was a Conflict.

Meanwhile Marc Randazza, of The Media Bloggers Association (MBA) , told lots of people in the “business” that he represented Blogger Crystal Cox, yet that was NOT True. I had agreed to work with another Lawyer and this created a situation that caused me stress, and almost lost me the Lawyer I really wanted.

Did Marc Randazza have to “discuss” a conflict with the Media Bloggers Association (MBA) in any way BEFORE Marc Randazza called the Plaintiff’s side and tried to work out a deal, as if he represented me? I was told at that time by other members of the First Amendment Bar that Marc Randazza was talking with the Plaintiff’s side and trying to work out some arrangement regarding money, or a change to case law. I was Pro Se for a year and I wrote over 50 Court Filed Documents myself. I was and AM in the KNOW on my Case and Marc Randazza simply left me out, as if I had no brain, no rights and with total disrespect for me, Blogger Crystal Cox.

Marc Randazza simply and certainly unethically took it upon himself to contact the Plaintiff’s side of Obsidian V. Cox, without my knowledge and without getting back to me on if he wanted to work with me or not, Marc Randazza simply left me hanging with time running out and was working behind my back on a deal. Is this Legal? Well it is certainly NOT Ethical and certainly shows no respect for bloggers nor the First Amendment Rights that Marc Randazza, Allegedly wants to protect.

Also on that first phone call Marc Randazza said he thought it was funny that the Plaintiff thinks they can get $2.5 Million out of me, and now Marc Randazza has offered himself up to help them get any assets they think I have and ESPECIALLY that $10 Domain Name, Marc Randazza .com, that dumb shit Marc Randazza NEVER Registered for himself. Marc Randazza is helping the Plaintiff to take Domain Names, which is my only way to make a living, and all in the name of “Constitutional Rights” What? This makes no sense and is NOT True.

Marc Randazza is Vindictive, plain and simply. He was not chosen in the BIGGEST case that the blogsphere has EVER seen regarding one blogger, and a case that will change laws and is already a world wide phenomena and that blogger, me, had the nerve to buy Marc Randazza .com and to even suggest that Marc Randazza hire her to do PR for him. Marc Randazza is so mad that Marc Randazza is making ALL Bloggers the Collateral Damage of Marc Randazza’s EGO.

In one of Marc Randazza’s last communications to me he said “do you really want to make an enemy of me?” Marc Randazza thinks that a blogger, a woman being smarter than him is making him an enemy.

So Marc Randazza is on a mission to teach Blogger Crystal Cox a lesson and be “Deposed” to rant about me to the Plaintiff to attempt to further quash my “Free Speech” and First Amendment Rights, and thereby affecting all BLOGGERS and Alternative Media Worldwide.

Marc Randazza told me that if I appeal it MAY create Bad Law and that maybe I should consider NOT appealing so that my case can be used to Lobby for others in changing laws. I was in agreement, and told Marc Randazza that I simply wanted advice from those surrounding the First Amendment Rights Issue and the First Amendment Bar, so that I could do what was best for all Bloggers, Citizens Journalists and the First Amendment Rights of All. Marc Randazza said he was very glad to hear that, and it made him want to work with me even more.

Marc Randazza said, if I take your case then my Ethical Duty is to you, yet Marc Randazza acted as if he had taken my case, without talking to me about it, and was already negotiating with the Plaintiff’s side of Obsidian Finance Group Vs. Blogger Crystal Cox.

To me, Crystal Cox, this says that Marc Randazza was already acting as my attorney, and did have an Ethical Duty to me to not disclose my stance, emails, or private conversations with him. Yet Marc Randazza contacted the “Other” side to Negotiate, and that was in December. Now Marc Randazza is using information I gave him in a Deposition that Marc Randazza is giving the "Plaintiff" to attempt to put me in my place and to take a $10 Domain Name that Marc Randazza was not smart enough to buy, and this, in my opinion, is an Ethical Breach, if not Plain Ol’ Illegal.

Last December I found out that Marc Randazza was Negotiating with the Plaintiff’s Side OF MY LEGAL CASE without my PERMISSION. I was told this by other members of the First Amendment Bar that wanted to represent me. They had heard that Marc Randazza represented me and even spoke with Marc Randazza, and he had flat out claimed to be representing me, yet Marc Randazza had not told me he was even still considering representing me, Blogger Crystal Cox. I was told by other Attorneys that I needed to let Marc Randazza know that he did not represent me, because Marc Randazza was telling everybody that he did represent Blogger Crystal Cox on Appeal of Obsidian V. Cox (I have Emails and more to Prove this).

Marc Randazza has so little respect for potential clients that Marc Randazza simply does as

Marc Randazza pleases without his client’s or potential client’s knowledge.

Can I Sue Marc Randazza for trying to make a deal, acting as if he was my attorney without my consent? I certainly can file Bar Complaints in NV, CA, MA, FL, and AZ to Start.

Marc Randazza is now part of a Witch Hunt to discredit blogger Crystal Cox, in effort to protect Big Corporations such as Obsidian Finance Group, Pacific Power, Government Oversight people such as Judge Randall Dunn and Pamela Griffith of the Department of Justice and Law Firms such as Tonkon Torp, Sussman Shank and Perkins Coie.

Marc Randazza is sacrificing the Free Speech rights of ALL in Marc Randazza’s own personal Ego trip over a blogger that bought Marc Randazza .com. Marc Randazza is NOT a man for the rights of Free Speech. Marc Randazza is a man for the personal EGO Trip of Marc Randazza.

So how is Marc Randazza working with the “Bad Guys” and on the Opposite Side of Free Speech?

Marc Randazza is helping the Plaintiff to set me up. Marc Randazza is pretending to be under subpoena and pretending to have no choice, but the truth is that Marc Randazza called the Plaintiff, and Marc Randazza initiated dealing with them against me because his EGO is bent that I did not CHOOSE him and I bought Marc Randazza .com. Marc Randazza is even flying to Portland to be deposed at the Tonkon Torp Law Firm. Gee I wonder whose dime this is on? And all this because they want to Silence a Blogger Exposing Corruption and to spite a Pro Se Defendant who went with a different lawyer and bought the whiny baby’s name as a dotcom.

Marc Randazza is on an Ego Trip and it affects all Bloggers, yet Marc Randazza acts as if he works for the best interest of Bloggers and for the best interest of the Media Bloggers Association (MBA) .

Marc Randazza does not work for the best interest of Bloggers, nor of the Best interest of the First Amendmant. Marc Randazza is on an Ego trip for Marc Randazza and so in creating a war over a domain name that he was too dumb to buy and in being pissed off because I told him I did not want him to represent me, well now Marc Randazza is working directly against the Free Speech and First Amendment Rights of All Bloggers.

Marc Randazza seems to have started right out working for the wrong side of the law and certainly the wrong side of the law in representing drunken fraternity brother’s who seem to have destroyed some one’s property.

Yet Marc Randazza slams me for “Journalistic Standards” and works directly against a blogger whom he had acted as if he once worked for in this same manner. Geez, WHAT a Mess Ol’ Marc Randazza has made of all this.

Marc Randazza is a Public Figure, indeed having been in debates on Fox news and other television and having worked for Big Media as Marc Randazza told me. So why are there not more bloggers EXPOSING Marc Randazza ? Well I guess, Marc Randazza really was for blogger’s rights, until he got all BENT over Blogger Crystal Cox and decided to be part of taking down the Free Speech Rights for ALL Bloggers.

According to wikipedia, “"Randazza has a practice that primarily focuses on the areas of First Amendment litigation, adult entertainment, trademark and copyright litigation, and domain name arbitration disputes." So you see Marc Randazza, has to save face and punish me somehow because I am Smarter than Marc Randazza.

Marc Randazza represented people in WIPO cases yet claims he does not care about my WIPO case with Proskauer Rose Law Firm out of New York, in which I Legally won the right to own the names in dispute. This is a case precedence of my Legal Right to buy Marc Randazza .com, and though Marc Randazza is some big deal in Domain Name Arbitration, Marc Randazza did not have the Brains to buy Marc Randazza dotcom.

Sure must be a low blow to the Massive Ego of Marc Randazza to have been trumped by a blogger, and a Woman. New York Times reporters David Carr and Amy Chozick started working on their Philadelphia newspapers story on Sunday, and heard “persistent reports” of a meeting taking place during which Philadelphia Media Network CEO Greg Osberg told editors that he’d be overseeing articles about the impending sale of the Inquirer and Daily News."

"“I got in touch with [PMN spokesman] Mark Block on Tuesday,” Carr says in a phone interview. “He was spinning some, but he was helpful and direct and he was also trying to keep his boss’s exposure sort of at a minimum. By Wednesday morning, Chozick and Carr had multiple sources confirming Osberg’s meeting with editors, and the two knew they were going to use it in their story. “So that was one of my first questions [to Osberg]: ‘Did you hold the meeting with the three editors?’ and he said no. I said, ‘You know this is going to be in the newspaper, so I’m going to give you one freebie. I’m going to give you a chance to amend that answer.’”

Again, Osberg denied there was meeting.

Just before ending the interview, Carr gave Osberg yet another opportunity to admit that the meeting took place. He wouldn’t do it.

Carr says: “I asked Amy afterwards, ‘Do you think he choked? Why did he do that?’ We really couldn’t figure it out because word of that meeting was all over the building.”

"Later Wednesday afternoon, Philadelphia Daily News editor Larry Platt said on the record that the meeting took place. “He wouldn’t go into details,” says Carr, “but those we already had.”

Carr then told Block in an email that Platt confirmed the meeting that Osberg said never took place.

“He said, ‘What time are you closing?’ I said 7:30, and so at 7:50 he sent me a 200-word statement from Osberg acknowledging that the meeting had taken place.”

Here is Osberg’s statement to the Times reporters, time-stamped 7:56 p.m.:

I made it very clear in this February 7 meeting, that I was not suggesting ever taking control of the editorial process, nor was I planning to change any reporting policies going forward. Any suggestions to the contrary of that position are categorically denied, as I stated to you during our interview this morning.

What I did tell the editors that attended this meeting is that I would like to be advised before any articles are published on the subject of Philadelphia Media Network’s possible sale, so that as Publisher, I would not be blind-sided by a story publicly, without receiving advance notice. In view of the sensitive subject matter of the sale, as Publisher, I would have the prerogative to make such a request and it would not be uncommon to receive such notification.

Carr called the desk — after his deadline — and told editors about the statement. They were able to add a sentence to the story.

“It made me angry,” says the reporter. “I don’t know if I’ve ever been through something like that before: No, it didn’t happen; no, it didn’t happen; no, it didn’t happen; and then, yes it did.”

When doctors get information on Cancer, you would think they would photocopy that when they send you that bill, instead of threatening you with collection agencies, they should send you some of the photocopies of this stuff.

In September, 1993, the National Cancer Institute, not the National Enquirer, and the Harvard Medical School in Boston did a study on Cancer patients, and they came out and said an anti-cancer diet was found. When the National Cancer Institute sent that information to your doctor, he leaned back in his chair, wadded it up and did one of those things, right in the waste can. He's real good at throwing that stuff in there. The only thing he reads is, "Oh, I get gold golf clubs if I sell 20 prescriptions of Prozac per month."

They picked China to do their study, because in one province, Henon Province in China, they have the highest rate of Cancer in the whole world. They took 29,000 people for 5 years in this study, and what they did is give them different vitamins and minerals at double the daily recommended allowance for Americans. Now that's a trivial amount.

For instance, they use vitamin C for one group, and the RDA recommended daily allowance for vitamin C is 60 mg, double that to be 120 mg, you can't go into a health food store and get a tablet or capsule for less than 500 mg for an adult. And of course Lynus Pauling, the gentlemen with 2 Nobel Prizes, says if you want to prevent and treat Cancer with vitamin C you have to use 10,000 mg a day.

All the doctors who used to argue with him 35 years ago are all dead, and today Lynus Pauling, still 94, works 14 hours a day, 7 days a week, in his ranch in the Big Sur in California, and teaches at the University of California, San Francisco. So you have to make up your choice whether to listen to the dead doctors or Lynus Pauling. Your choice.

Vitamin C, doubled the RDA, nothing happened. Vitamin A, doubled the RDA, nothing happened. Zinc, Riboflavin, the trace mineral Millevdinum, Niacin, nothing happened. Having had no prior information or experience with Richard Hildner, I ran into Richard Hildner at the Coffee Traders booth at the Farmers Market in Whitefish Montana.

Apparently Richard Hildner is running for City Council Member in Whitefish Montana.

Richard Hildner was very friendly, and somehow a different friendly as those walking around pushing political candidates, most did not look at me, grab my hand and in general were simply all about placing a pamphlet in my hand. As if this somehow gets a Vote from an intelligent, think for themselves Whitefish Montana kind of Voter.

Richard Hildner conversing with the gal behind the counter and busily campaigning, yet somehow different, to me anyway. There I was my headphones on, backpack and buying some of those delicious Coffee Traders Whitefish Cookies, and he turned whole body to me, not just a passing gesture but a full on presence. Richard Hildner looked me in the eye, put his hand out and firmly, almost perfectly shook my hand. I am a bit of an Energy Person, a First Impression, and well he seemed strong, present, and self confident with no hint of arrogance.

To me Richard Hildner seemed geniunley happy to be running for Whitefish City Council and yes, this is all a bit more personal then politics, however I don't know anything about Richard Hildner politically and to me personal is where all politics of Truth, Integrity and Transparency really begins and ends.

Meeting Richard Hildner made me smile well after, his smile, his eyes just made me feel good, and even somehow strengthened me. Richard Hildner confidence in his self, his eye contact and ability to communicate effectively was impressionable indeed.

I have no Voting Agenda, won't be voting in the Whitefish City Council races, I have no Party, I am for the Truth and Not the Lie. I am for Transparency in Government and for True Live and Let Live Regardless of Your Personal Choices.

I have NOT had Good Experiences with John Muhlfeld - John Muhlfield of River Design Group

My Experience with John Muhlfeld is that he ruins lives. I have witnessed John Muhlfeld of River Design Group speak of hiring who he wants on those big tax dollar projects to restore streams, even though for the "public" and to be within the boundaries of the law John Muhlfeld would advertise for these jobs. John Muhlfeld said this in front of FWP and many other witnesses.

I have witnessed the stream restoration projects that John Muhlfeld of River Design Group was in charge of, rip out ever year due to shoddy work, as John Muhlfeld simply gets more grant money, tax payer dollars to hire his friends to do the same bad job. Also during this project John Muhlfeld disrespected our right to private property. John Muhlfeld let his dogs run thru our house and garage, John Muhlfeld left our livestock gates open and John Muhlfeld had total disrespect as John Muhlfeld acted above the property own and in CHARGE of their property simply because a stream ran thru it.

John Muhlfeld, In my experience is not an honest man, John Muhlfeld is not a man of honor and integrity and John Muhlfeld now running for the Mayor of Whitifish Montana has sparked me to speak out again about my experience with John Muhlfeld of the River Design Group and to post ALL tips I get On John Muhlfeld.

I have had calls and emails over the last 5 years about John Muhlfeld and I have simply kept quiet. Though the Grave Creek Resoration project that John Muhlfeld worked on affected my life personally and affected Montana Taxpayers Immensley.

" Recent Murders Spur Protest Against Domestic Violence"

"It has taken Sarah Peters one year, but she’s speaking up. Her mission, she says, is to shine more light on the dark world of domestic violence.

Peters, 27, was 16 years old when she married Justin Calbick, who is currently being held in the Flathead County jail and accused of shooting his brother, Stacey Calbick, 38, and father, Donald Calbick, 60, on Jan. 27, 2010.

On the anniversary of the shootings, Peters and several of her friends stood outside the Flathead County Justice Center holding signs with messages about domestic violence prevention.

Peters said she would like to draw more attention to the matter so no one would have to go through what she did a year ago.

On Jan. 13, 2010, Calbick was arrested and charged with raping and assaulting Peters. Bond was originally set at $50,000 by the District Court, but the Justice Court released him on his own recognizance.

Peters said she went through all the recommended steps to protect herself, including filing a temporary restraining order and going to a safe-house.

But on Jan. 28, 2010, the Flathead County Sheriff’s Department received a 1 a.m. call reporting that Calbick was at his wife’s home armed with a rifle and had bound several people with duct tape.

Court records say Calbick bound the hands and feet of three adults, including Peters, for three hours. There were also three children at the residence. The hostages were able to convince Calbick to turn over the rifle and let his wife’s friend go on the premise that she would not contact authorities.

The woman’s husband called 911 when she got home and responding officers found Calbick sitting on the couch unarmed and arrested him without incident.

It was only later that she learned about Donald and Stacey, Peters said, and she believes they died trying to stop Calbick from going to her house.

Donald, who Peters said was as close as a father, had said he would keep Calbick away from her, she said.

“Dad and Stacey died trying to save us and that wasn’t their job,” Peters said.

What spurred her to speak out, she said, were the Christmas Day murders of Jaimi Hurlburt, 35, and her daughter, Alyssa Burkett, 15.

The suspect in the case, Tyler Miller, was Hurlburt’s ex-boyfriend and had allegedly made threats against her life in the days before the shooting.

Upon reading about the shootings in the newspaper, Peters said it was time to stop being a victim and start being an advocate.

She contends that the system that is supposed to protect victims of domestic violence is not working.

“This did not have to happen,” Peters said as she held her sign in the chilly weather.

“It was completely preventable

and now it’s completely not-repairable.”

“They didn’t learn from Justin,” she added.
“They need to start protecting us.”

But Flathead County Sheriff Chuck Curry said that while officers want to help to the best of their ability, there are limits to what authorities are allowed to do when it comes to locking someone up.

“We of course take domestic violence very seriously and will continue to,” Curry said. “We will continue to do our part within the system.”

Curry said authorities have made strides in the past couple of years to combat domestic violence, and the Sheriff’s Office deals with thousands of these cases every year.

“If you look at our numbers, we deal with these cases every day,” Curry said.

Domestic violence cases are often very complicated when authorities are dealing with them, he said, but they seem simpler when a tragedy occurs, such as the Christmas Day murders.

“In hindsight, they’re all black and white,” Curry said.

Peters said she would like to see changes within the justice system when it comes to domestic violence, which would include certain parts of state law.

Calbick appeared for a hearing in District Court on Jan. 28, where his attorney scheduled a Feb. 3 hearing at which Calbick intends on changing his not-guilty plea.

Peters, who attended the hearing, said she would keep speaking up.

“We teach people how to treat us by what is allowable,” Peters said. “If nobody talks, nothing’s going to change.”

"Real Estate Market in the West: Where It’s Going, and How
The economic meltdown has caused a world of hurt for many people involved in real estate in the West, but it's also creating opportunities and attitude shifts. What does that mean for the future?

Less can be more. The end is not nigh. The real estate market—including second-home and resort markets—will recover … eventually.

Predictions and advice about opportunity, realism, smart growth, environmentalism—and a slow-paced recovery—were the hallmarks of NewWest.net’s fourth annual Real Estate Development in the Northern Rockies conference in Missoula. The two-day event, which ended yesterday at the Hilton Garden Inn, included more than 30 speakers who discussed wide-ranging topics about development, planning, land use and the future of the West.

The boom-and-bling era of speculation and eye-popping returns on real estate have obviously vanished, said the planners, architects, developers, policy makers, real estate agents, green builders and others who took the stage. But the current economic downturn could fuel a shift that benefits people and the planet, speakers said. When smart growth replaces sprawl, when developers are good neighbors, when downtowns are revitalized and landscapes are preserved, the region will be protected from ugly booms and busts.

“It’s really about going back to simplicity,” said Rebecca Zimmermann, an owner of the Denver-based Design Workshop. At the worst moments of the economic crisis, clients told her “every dream I ever had is on hold,” Zimmermann said. “Now, with the stock market back up, there is desire again to have a dream home,” she said—but the dream has changed.

“People want to live in places that connect people to nature and connect people to their families,” she said. “The days of the inter-west buyers who were refinancing their primary home and taking that money out to buy a condo at Copper Mountain—that almost doesn’t exist any more.”

Most speakers said it will be three-to-five years or more before there’s recovery and stability in the real estate market.

But property is still selling, even in the very high-end market. Samuel Byrne,
the new owner of the Yellowstone Club, said in an on-stage interview that the exclusive ski-and-golf resort has seen $50 million in sales since he closed on the property in July. Some of the sales were distressed properties and buyers cut deals directly with the banks.

“People swooped in very quickly on those and snapped them up,” said Byrne, the managing partner of CrossHarbor Capital Partners, a Boston-based investment firm. With Byrne’s leadership in place—and the Tim and Edra Blixseth saga over—the demand returned. “It’s truly a unique asset—one of the most unique properties in the world,” Byrne said.

But how is the rest of the West faring? What’s changed? Here are some answers and conference highlights:

-- “The second home market is not gone—people will make extraordinary buys coming out of this cycle,” said Byrne. “At certain price points there will be tremendous opportunities and recovery in the marketplace.”

-- Consumers have shifted away from seeing real estate as an investment. Many of today’s home-buyers want property that’s greener, smaller and more long-term. “It’s more about what people want for their family,” said Christopher Kelsey, of Steeplechase Development Advisors.

-- Eco-friendliness is a deal-clincher for increasing numbers of buyers. From the builder’s perspective, sustainable buildings can also qualify for money-saving tax credit programs and subsidies.

-- People come to Montana to enjoy small towns and wild landscapes, so protecting those assets with smart growth plans is critical, said Luther Propst, founder of the Sonoran Institute.

-- Well-heeled home buyers are looking for quality-of-life landscapes: places where they can see wildlife, go fishing and skiing, and play outdoors, said Roger Lang Jr., who transformed his 26,000-acre Sun Ranch in southwest Montana into an eco-lodge—and a home to everything from boreal toads and bald eagles to grizzly bears. “Wealthy, high-end home-buyers subsidize wildlife conservation,” said Lang.

-- Healthy downtowns and residential areas are walk-able, compact, sustainable environments with neighborhood centers, open spaces, mixed housing (including single-family and multi-family buildings), and increased connectivity, to reduce reliance on vehicles. Turning these visions into reality isn’t easy, but it’s possible. “Many small towns may have not had significant planning or investment since the Works Progress Administration, when they got their first paved roads in the 1940s,” said Stefan Pellegrini of Opticos Design in Berkeley, Calif. “Planning continues to be contentious in these places, but they’re small enough so you can achieve consensus.”

-- Businesses seeking to build can take advantage of a new tax credit program from the U.S. Treasury for new construction in distressed census tracts. The program (which has admittedly tight restrictions) helped the Garlington, Lohn & Robinson law firm construct a $14 million, six-story green office building in downtown Missoula, without having to put up the standard $4-plus million in cash that banks would typically want for such a project.

-- Green building today has evolved into an art form. Builders can insulate down to the slab to keep air and moisture out of buildings. They can use 95-percent-efficient gas-fired condensing boilers; Energy Star appliances; high-efficiency toilets that only use 1.28 gallons of water per flush; high-efficiency fans instead of air conditioners; and smart irrigation with built-in mini-weather stations, so the sprinklers don’t go on after it rains, said green-building expert Jeff Medanich, of the Colorado Chautauqua Association.

-- Green buildings can put green in your wallet. The Garlington building, which aims to be LEED gold certified, will have solar collectors on the roof to heat hot water, solar photovoltaic collectors to generate about 2 percent of the building’s energy use, natural lighting, recycling collection rooms, a high-efficiency radiant heating and cooling system, a reduced floor-to-floor height (to reduce building volume), and high performance solar-control glazing and sun shades, said the architect for the project, Marty Noyd of OZ Architects. The height reduction alone saved $465,000 in the building cost, he said.

In the end, even the wealthiest home and landowners want to take a breath, reassess and avoid any more tumult, as Sam Byrne of the Yellowstone Club put it. It’s time to achieve peace in the valley, he said. “The club’s goal now is to stabilize itself, stabilize its reputation, and not sell a lot in the next three years,” he said. He intends to offer more townhouses and condos in the future, put more land into conservation, and put eco-friendly measures in place.

“Less sprawl, more open space, with clustered developed that’s designed to be sustainable and environmentally friendly—that’s the goal that everyone’s been talking about today, and it’s not different at the high end of the marketplace,” said Byrne. With a few exceptions, he joked. Buyers might arrive in a private jet before they drive off in their Prius."

the Recall of Hamilton Montana Judge Michael Reardon

"This letter is to describe why Judge Michael Reardon, Hamilton City Judge will be recalled. The last time I graced the county elections office with a recall petition, it was the last time I worked; care of school resource officer (SRO) Brad Weston of the Hamilton Police Department. I was “interviewed” by Weston at which time I gave the name of a current employer.

Not the only time I was asked for my employer; threatened with an “investigation”, lost the job, without committing any crime. It was Officer Weston who took a report Nov, 2009: no-one should feel threatened by this information in the public eye.

City Attorney Bell felt it was “ridiculous [he] had to swear an oath to the Constitution (Bell, in memo to City Council, 2007).”

Being a “Constitutionalist” has more obligations than collecting votes: it means fundamentally changing how Ravalli County Government operates. Specifically, it means ending the targeting or abuse of citizens as Judge Michael Reardon enjoys: a third ‘Reign’ of Hamilton’s city government.

Now that the County swearing-in ceremony is recently over, the Constitution is fresh in our minds; our elected officials will uphold the constitution.

Our right to petition government, redress harm, peaceful assembly on public property, and the freedom of speech are examples. Judge Reardon does not protect the right to sit peacefully on public property, threatens jail time, sentenced jail time for peaceful assembly. In paperwork from Reardon’s court, a threat to jury trial was made (protected in Montana, United States).

A personal attack came from Judge Michael Reardon from the bench, witnessed in official proceeding, most would call this harassment. Public officials should not harass, or charge crimes for protected activities.

In the case of Judge Reardon, a catastrophic failure of not protecting members of the public; instead he adds to the harassment, ridicule, and hyperbole with a grin on his face. Honorable judges serve the public, not themselves.

A Judge’s duty is not to violate the rights sworn to uphold. Not so Honorable Reardon is a formerMarine Corps JAG Lawyer, which makes the described actions so difficult to understand. After a “trial” the jurors were spooked at my presence or my family; hint of a predetermined outcome.

Any judge discussion with a jury or lawyer before trial (known as ex parte) violates the public’s due process. Bottom line: Hamilton does not need an unethical, abusive Judge like Reardon.

SAFE of the Bitterroot will tell you: when in an abusive relationship, you must find a way to stop the abuse. While I doubt Judge Michael Reardon will go to abuse counseling, he knows better than to abuse American’s rights.

Hamilton voters end the abuse by signing Michael's recall. Our City Judge engages in abuse to assist the well established local “government assistance program”; that is, to assist in the local terror racket: Hoffman, Bell, and formally Corn. We pay the salaries of these officials, and have right to recall.

This letter is for WC & Virginia Bolen who started the effort to portray then Prosecutor Reardon for his defamatory transgressions (and won), as well as the transgressions of the Sheriff Department, and a former prosecutor ( George Corn ) who charged her with a felony she did not commit.

Many people are similarly treated in Ravalli County; some examples published in 2002 by reporter Carlotta Grandstaff of the Missoula Independent.

The “Beneath the Beauty” documentary described past, present malicious behavior of Honorable Reardon, law enforcement, and public officials in the Bitterroot Valley. “Finders Keepers”, Bolen’s book describes all of the above.

The county has less than 29,000 adults, yet maintains 100% voter registration to restrict the recall of an elected county official; requiring more than 5, 000 signatures. In the city, 375 signatures needed to rid the City Judge.

Honorable Reardon has a generous retirement package from the county, the city, and the Marine Corps. While retirement is an option, a recall of not so Honorable Judge Michael Reardon should stop him at time of election November 2011.

I have encouraged his successor, remaining nameless to run for office, to function as an independent judiciary for the City of Hamilton, and US citizens who pass through Hamilton Montana without knowledge of the local assault on the US Constitution.

Since a Judge is protected with absolute immunity, we cannot sue Judge Reardon for his official transgressions.

We can exercise our right to remove him from office. Hamilton needs constitutional protections, not abusive governmental officials. Michael J. Reardon learned from, and assisted George Corn in the local terror of citizens, using attorneys, law enforcement, media outlets, and willing participants.

Hamilton Judge Michael Reardon and others may benefit improperly from issuing orders of protection. The monies normally credited from federal grants on local budgets of Hamilton and Ravalli County go missing, although protection orders thrown at the public like rice at a wedding.Only his tailor would know how big his pockets are for defrauded public funds. Judge Reardon and Judge Clute top the list of questionable protection orders issued.

Protection Orders are easily set up to trip-up an estranged spouse returning for personal belongings; more fines, this time directly to the county and city treasury.

Judge Michael Reardon’s recall is a reachable goal of less than 375 signatures needed, and 500 votes to boot him: proving the voters are more powerful than abusive public officials like Judge Michael Reardon.

Its time we ended the abuse of our rights. The county voters started it with the removal of Corn, and we must continue with the removal (or convince retirement for the 3^rd time) of the most Honorable Reardon.

We owe it to the Bolens; we owe it to every person unjustly treated by Judge Reardon, and any official he collaborated with in Ravalli County.

A recall would send a clear message to our Ravalli County and city officials: by right of petition (includes the vote) we can remove Judge Reardon for violation of 11 Montana Judicial rules, and violation of American Bar Association rule 17 (ex parte communication).

If public officials want to collaborate illegally to violate our rights, we will collaborate to remove those officials by our constitutionally protected right to recall.

Any Judge malicious enough to allow a case that violates protected rights has no business on any bench; especially in Hamilton, Montana where law enforcement need a Judge willing to challenge their every move; not one singing to their qualities as “fine men (Reardon, 2009)”.

We need a Judge on our side, with knowledge of our rights, a “gentleperson” a respectful public servant who can apply the rule of law equally in Hamilton, Montana.

Judge Michael Reardon, the recall is coming—corruption, cronyism, will take leave from us.

" Dear Commissioners,

I had asked for a time to convey this information in person, but feel it better to do so by email.

The current Sheriff, Chris Hoffman has threatened me in person at the Sheriff Office in 2009, has been inappropriate on a telephone call from his county issued phone (406) 375-4001 this month.

On October 10, 2006 Deputy Chris Albright and Lt. Holton answered a call to 291 Cooper Ln. They did not take pictures of all evidence, took a doctored photograph of scratches on the wrong cheek of a perpetrator, made victim by former Co. Atty Corn.

Albright swiveled his microphone on his hand held altering the speech of the interview with me. No pictures were taken of smoke grenades, or broken glass location.

Protecting property, after the Sheriff Department fails to do so (with case # open) is an inalienable right (Art. II s. 3) Montana Constitution.

Fundamental constitutional right means equal protection, not equal brutality of the public in Ravalli County.

On November 4, 2009 Deputy Albright and Lt. Holter kicked in my front door at ..... Hamilton while I was not home.

They were serving a civil service, left no paperwork, left no phone message that they were there.

The damage remained, covered up by RCSO.

While running for office, Joede Vanek and Chris Hoffman discussed an incident where a drunken brawl took place at a UM football game where Deputy Albright used his badge to get out of criminal behavior.

Vanek also told me Deputy Albright used a county computer to access pornography on duty. I believe Joede Vanek.

As commissioners, do we want law enforcement who are above the law?

Do we want a Sheriff who will protect this behavior?

We also know about RCSO felony theft, felony partner assault, and unsolved triple murders from more than 10 years ago.

I don't believe Deputy Albright fits any mold for law enforcement, nor Lt. Holter. They are your employees, and are free to do this to any member of the public until disiplined or removed from duty. Serve and protect is lost on the Ravalli County Sheriff Department.

If you didnt know this already (unlikely), you now know. Your constituents need protecting from this law enforcement behavior, and their chief who does not model any better behavior. Again, he represents Ravalli County.

August 21st 2009 - the Day I Went to Hamilton Montana to Get a Protective Order.

After This Clip, we Were met outside by 6 Hamilton Montana Police Officers. Only one was concerned with why I came there, with real justice and real facts. The Other 5 simply cornered, questioned and harassed Michael Spreadbury Whom I had just met in person the Night Before.

Not one of those Hamilton Montana Police Officers investigated my case, and one cop from Stevensville did take me aside and give me advice... however it was like it was helping me in secret, for he said this was in the Hamilton Courts and Hamilton Cops Jurisdiction...

See the Point of 6 cops showing up and within minutes was to Discredit Michael Spreadbury to protect the Wall of Corruption in Hamilton Montana and the point was NOT to help Montana Victims seeking Justice with Hamilton Montana Police, Hamilton Montana Judges, and Hamilton Montana Courts.

Perry Backus of the Ravalli Republic Newspaper showed up within minutes, NO one was interested in why I was there or what was really going on, the 6 cops and Perry Backus of the Ravalli Republic Newspaper were interested in harassing Michael Spreadbury.

See My Death Threat Talked of Tons of Bullets, and Guns.. and all kinds of horrible threats and not just to me but other Montana Citizens, and in the Best Interest of Ravalli County Tax Payers and all of Montana, those 6 Hamilton Montana Police Officers should have took a good look at my threat, which in minutes with a fax to google, yahoo or the other proof I brought.. . they could have tracked the Source.. but the motive of those 6 Hamilton Montana Police Officers and of Perry Backus of the Ravalli Republic Newspaper was to shut up, discredit, silence, create a fake story on Michael Spreadbury. Why? Well because Michael Spreadbury, protect supposedly under Montana Media Laws, well he was writing on the Corruption in the Hamilton Police Department, Corruption in the Ravalli County Attorny Office and Corruption within the Hamilton Montana Justice system as a Whole. And my Constitutional Rights or those 6 Hamilton Montana Police Officers doing their actual job was not what they were there for. And it was certainly not the Story that Perry Backus of the Ravalli Republic Newspaper was looking for.

My Death Threat, My Wanting a Protective Order had Nothing to Do with Michael Spreadbury. I went to Hamilton Montana because the Man I feared lived there ... I went to film the Denny Rehberg Listening Session, I went to Interview for the Documentary Beneath the Beauty - Yet
those 6 Hamilton Montana Police Officers made My Story out to be all about this man I had just met, all because he was telling their dirty little secrets on the Internet.

I Called Perry Backus of the Ravalli Republic Newspaper, a couple hours after I left the Court House and told him not to print anything before he got my side of the story. Once Perry Backus of the Ravalli Republic Newspaper got my side, nothing was printed as the Point of Perry Backus of the Ravalli Republic Newspaper was to get something incriminating on Michael Spreadbury and was not to actually write the real news that would affect Hamilton Montana Citizens. Though you all had a right to know..

SNEAK ATTACK

Almost last minute maneuvering by an outgoing Lame Duck Congress has resulted in Montana ’s interests in danger of being compromised by none other than Senator Jon Tester. The 12 page alert issued Saturday by Citizens for Balanced Use warns that Senator Jon Tester is attaching his controversial wilderness bill, S1470, into the “must pass” Senate Omnibus Spending Bill.

Sanctioning of legislation which so blatantly violates both Federal Law and our U.S. Constitution is totally irresponsible and arrogant on the part of the outgoing congress. Because of far reaching ramifications it epitomizes a nightmare to private property owners and public land users everywhere. As early as September of ’09, testimony heard at a public meeting at the University in Missoula indicated that both constitutional and legal issues in the bill needed to be corrected, but Senator Tester has never even attempted to address those critical issues.

Over 30 citizens, legislators and county officials testified against the bill and its provisions at that well publicized Missoula hearing. Only one indicated that it might be amended to make it more palatable. Although Tester has conducted several public meetings, not one critique has been allowed into the bill’s public record, other than comments submitted in support of wilderness. Though Tester claims statewide support for the bill, that is not the case and officials repeatedly assert that public input has beenhighjacked! Over 3,000 signatures were gathered in direct opposition to the bill.

Beaverhead County Commissioner Mike McGinley has said: “This is nothing more than a payback to Tester’s Environmental east and west coast friends for financing 70% of his election campaign. The Senator is fully aware of the fact this bill violates the 1964 Wilderness Act and other federal laws, yet he will shove this down our throats. Over 600,000 acres of new wilderness, mostly in the Beaverhead Deerlodge Forest .”

Although the 74,274 acres designated the “Three Rivers Special Management Area” and the “Roderick Wilderness Area” on the Kootenai National Forest seem minimal compared to the overall, Lincoln County residents have long been adverse to more wilderness designation. In a 2000 primary election they voted 82-9.7 against more roadless designations. Subsequently 1600 Lincoln County residents, mindful that forest health can only be maintained through active management policies, and who believe that access to public lands is vital to their interests, have signed and submitted petitions to that effect to the Senator and other members of the Montana Congressional Delegation. Not one has acknowledged receipt of the petitions. Can it be true that agendas of the Montana Wilderness Association, Trout Unlimited and organizations like the National Wildlife Federation drown out the voices of Montanans with legitimate concerns? If this bill is allowed to move through the system, that will forever be the case! Specific violations of federal laws requiring public input will guarantee that very thing. Such congressional dereliction of duty would be beyond comprehension.

Space prohibits in-depth consideration of the legal defects in S1470 so I will only itemize the following Acts, Laws and the U.S. Constitution where violations have been identified:

National Forest Management Act

Multiple Use Sustained Yield Act

Endangered Species Act

Clean water Act

Clean Air Act

Data Quality Act

Council on Environmental Quality regulations

Administrative Procedure Act

Federal Advisory Committee Act

Separation of Powers requirements of the U.S. Constitution

Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

Citizens for Balanced Use and others sharing concerns about this travesty are encouraged to contact any and all senators, and urge them to disallow this “by pass” of the congressional hearing process to expedite flawed legislation, the passage of which can only result in dire consequences. This letter is being written to thank Geoff Mahar, Chief Deputy County Attorney for his great service as prosecutor. This letter will remain professional, unlike the demonstrated service Mr. Mahar has shown in a public courtroom.

I’m wondering if Mr. Mahar knew that the Prosecutor Watch for Ravalli County was #1 in the world; largely due to his ability prosecute in a courtroom. People in New Zealand, China, Australia, Netherlands, France, Russia, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, England, Germany, and beyond were fascinated by his technique to remove constitutional rights, belittle young adults with his polished ways that were condoned by his former boss, George H. Corn.

Who will hold you accountable for your actions Mr. Mahar? Last time I checked we, the people pay your salary at $75,000 a year here in Ravalli County. It was you that had information on one of the Ravalli County Detention Center victims who had risk for suicide, yet somehow that information did not make it to the jail, as is told in a newspaper article from the time. Was that just a professional oversight, and within a reasonable officers purview? If so keep prosecuting, and revoking those “criminals” trying to make a living for their families here in the Bitterroot, trying to make the payments for child support, which is awfully hard when there are concrete blocks on three of four walls, the floor is made of concrete, and the dimensions of your world are 8’ x 15’ with a roommate displayed on the 6’oclock news as the armed burglar du joir.

One thing I have learned while watching you Geoff is that you like your tasseled loafers, and you enjoy unloading on people’s rights in front of a judge who gives it up to the state; paying penance for his DUI convictions. I really liked when you questioned an arrestee who lived 741 feet from a protected person, and the restraining order decreed 1000 feet. Leaving for work would have been a violation of the court ordered protection. The best part was the admittance by the Hamilton Police Department of no probable cause for the arrest (I was in the courtroom and heard this firsthand). This is why we have a new chief law enforcement officer.

Geoff, I think the best part is your oath of office to uphold the Montana Constitution for the citizen’s protection; aptly named Individual Dignity. This inalienable and protected right found in Article II Section 4. Within that section is equal protection of the laws: something that escaped your work for us here in Ravalli County: if a prosecutor or law enforcement won’t protect rights, who will?

One of the funnier moments was when you declared to the court how the Judge needed to “keep people safe on the road” to a defendant who does not drive, or owned a vehicle. The plea agreements you hammered out with Corn were so intrusive, that at times the public defenders could only try to uphold their client’s rights. The scales of justice need to be balanced again, when you gracefully leave the Ravalli County Prosecutors office.

Holding the public accountable is what you are famous for here in Ravalli County. So when a guy who usually is holding the GOP banner was vouching for Corn, I’m wondering how comfortable you will be knowing that “we all know” who you are, including those 4 Million hits to Prosecutor Watch on Google.

Usually overzealous at a job is good, in your case; it did not let Justice bring Prosperity to hard working Americans in Ravalli County Montana.

I identify your name on a motion to continue a trial on July 30, 2007 that would violate the constitutional rights of the Defendant, and the matter was ultimately dismissed. Demarie DeReu

Sixteen-year-old Demarie DeReu is an honor roll student, a member of the Columbia Falls (Montana) High School Student Council and a varsity cheerleader. Although she has no intent to break any rules or laws, or harm anyone, Demarie is at risk of having her college education derailed and maybe even being identified forever as a domestic terrorist.

Why? Demarie went hunting over Thanksgiving with family and friends. She forgot that her unloaded hunting rifle was cased and locked in the trunk of her car. When she arrived at school, she parked in the school parking lot because to park anywhere else is an expulsion offense at CFHS. Upon hearing that the "contraband dog" was to be working the school parking lot, Demarie remembered her unloaded hunting rifle secured in the trunk of her car AND she voluntarily informed school officials.

Next monday, December 13, at 6 PM, Demarie will face her expulsion hearing before the local school board. She will possibly have her life derailed because a bunch of school idiots insist that she must be subject to an irrational, "zero tolerance" policy about guns in schools that does not countenance lack of bad intent. The theory that people with malice will be intimidated into good conduct if people without malice are punished in lieu of them is idiocy at its finest.

At the upcoming hearing, education officials will tell school board members that they have no choice - that state law and good gamesmanship require the school board to levy harsh and record-destroying punishment against Demarie. They will be wrong!

The controlling Montana law about this is 20-5-202, M.C.A., which says about expulsion for bringing guns "to school," "... the trustees may authorize the school administration to modify the requirement for expulsion of a student on a case-by-case basis." Further, "to school" is not defined in 20-5-2-202, but is at 45-8-361, M.C.A. as "... in a school building." Demarie's hunting rifle was cased and locked in the trunk of her car in the parking lot, but not "in a school building."

What can you do about this outrage?

Forward this message to every gun owner you know, in Flathead County, in Montana, or elsewhere.

Send messages to school officials and school board members. Use your own words and be polite. Remember, they think they wear white hats, even if you don't think so. It IS okay to say you feel very strongly about this, but no profanity and no name-calling, please.

1) Demarie DeReu should be given no more than a verbal warning that she should not in the future pack her hunting rifle to school (I think she's learned that by now);

2) Demarie DeReu should be given an award for being honest and volunteering to school officials about the unloaded and cased hunting rifle locked in the trunk of her car;

3) Demarie DeReu should be held out as an example to other students for her participation in essential wildlife management in Montana; and

4) That when the Legislature considers education funding in the upcoming legislative session, legislators will consider the outcome of this case as an example of how schools are using taxpayer resources in Montana.

Show up. Finally, if you are in Flathead County or within driving distance, gather all of your friends and show up at the CFHS school board hearing next Monday, 12/13/2010. Better yet, show up at the CFHS at 5PM with picket signs that say "Free Demarie DeReu." There ought to be 1,000 of you there!! Organize!! Show up!!

Angela Wetzsteon Montana Law Student Protected, Controlled by George Corn Ravalli County Attorney?

Angela Wetzsteon, as many law students do in The State of Montana practiced law unsupervised. The problem with this is, a court order which allows them to do this specifies a supervisory attorney in good standing with the Montana Bar.

It is said that On August 8, 2007 Angela Wetzsteon did prosecute a case which by right of speedy trial (Amendment 6, US Constitution) had no business being tried, specific to the case, the case hinged in justifiable force, and the inalienable right to protect property in Art. II s. III of the Montana Constitution.

It is said that for Some Reason this was a deliberate, and outrageuous act on the part of the Ravalli County Attorney Office, and George Corn as lead attorney.

Strangely enough, George Corn was listed as Angela Wetzsteon supervisor: which means that he was "personally and professionally liable (MT Student Practice Act of 1975, order #12982)" for all actions of Angela Wetzsteon, so Angela Wetzsteon answers to Ravalli County George Corn.

George Corn, the Corrupt Ravalli County Attorney has been best friends with Montana Senator Max Baucus for 20 years and seems to above all Montana Law that YOU have to Abide by.

County Attorney's SHOULD not be Above the Law - a Montana County Attorney Should Enforce the Law. YOU, the Public KNOWING the Truth and Demanding Transparency and Accountability is the Only way Corrupt County Attorneys like George Corn can be brought to justice.

Audry Shultz also practiced law "independently" at the Missoula County Attorney office prior to her '09 graduation from the University of Montana Law School where she obtained a Juris Doctorate.

She now works for the public defenders office in Billings, after being a prosecutor in the same state, in violation of Montana state law. Student Practice has been the norm in Montana since at least 1996 when a candidate for County Attorney in Montana was granted "student experience" to be an eligible candidate for office in the state. She also worked in the Missoula County Attorney Office in 1990. This problem, spans 20 years in Montana.

Will Irma Russell, the new UM Law Dean speak with anyone about this? It is Said that She refuses to meet with the public at a publicly funded law school in Montana. Is student practice harmless; well think of the damage of an undertrained, unsworn, and an individual who has not yet passed the Bar Exam in the State of Montana.

Do they know the rights, privileges, and ways of being a certified court officer, will you get the full cup of justice in the last ranked state in the union for justice, Montana? Think of the thousands of people who have suffered through not having appropriate counsel, lost their jobs, lost their lives, or simply lost their livelihoods.

In the State of Montana, it is a crime (criminal contempt MCA 45-7-309) to violate a court order.

For some reason, court officers and the judicial system never thought the people of Montana, would figure this criminal scheme out.

They have all the power to take individual rights, and keep safe this ilegal practice from the people. The Montana Supreme Court is defying its own edict and order to allow student practice to improperly occur in the State of Montana.

Should we allow those who break the law to continue on to be lawyers in Montana, or more likely, this is the test to make sure they can be Montana Lawyers....can you violate someone's rights, and commit a crime, in Angela's Wetzsteon's case quid pro quo to land a job?

Angela Wetzsteon was an award winning student at UM Law in Missoula, and passed the test to become a criminal as well.

Why was The Montana Attorney General office was quick to support Angela Wetzsteon in her illegal activities...the same office who supposedly protects Montanans from unauthorized practice of law.

This is the ultimate conflict of interest unless the Montana Attorney General is filled with people willing to make threats...like from Steve Bullock himself with respect to protecting George Corn in 2007 after this student practice.

It seems that the Montana Attorney General office promotes and protects criminal activity.
Makes Sense, as even with the Lincoln County Sheriff Recall we got letters of ... WELL no Help at all from the Montana Attorney General even with over 40 rapes, and no where to turn for Justice, for Accountability...

Why Does the Montana AG Support a UM Law Student within a clinic prosecuting without a license?

Welcome to Montana, spend all of your money, leave, or we will take your rights, your livelihood, and possibly your life. - this is how people feel, and it seems to be mostly what is deemed "outsiders" - however.. me a 4th Generation Montanan standing up for the Truth and For Victims rights.. well I too got set up, money and rights taken and ran out..

The Montana Bar Association, Montana AG, Ravalli County George Corn protecting those like Angela Wetzsteon and hundreds like her in Montana is a HUGE part of the problem that is stripping Montanas of their Rights and taking away all quality of life.

" Mat Stevenson does not want you to find the $9M civil rights suit to which he is a defendant . Do Missoula voters in HD 96 want to elect a deceptive candidate? Mat Stevenson would sell his mother for a political or financial gain. The Missoulian came to his defense attempting to block a former post about Mat Stevenson.

Mat Stevenson as an attorney hands clients over to the courts and does not defend them. I paid Mat Stevenson $5000 so he could turn me in for something that was not a crime. That was the end of my career, outside of my constitutional rights. Furthermore, Mat Stevenson tipped off the law enforcement to harass me as I turned myself in to authorities; he took a lot of my money, and my future, and had some fun in the process.

Mat Stevenson should not be trusted with your vote, or your representation in Helena. Mat Stevenson threw a different case for Ravalli County with respect to "horse abuse". The charge required intent to harm the animals.

Mat Stevenson showed the green pastures the hoses ate in within the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness, similar to the greener pastures he wishes to have in Helena, MT. No matter your party, Carolyn Squires (D) deserves your vote in HD-96 on November 2.

There no words to describe the disgusting nature of Mat Stevenson, more adeptly described as a Shyster.

He plays the game that judges, prosecutors want him to play at the detriment of his clients. Due to him running for office, it gives me the freedom to tell the truth about him without fear of lawsuit. Your person is open to criticism when running for office, and at a new standard for public view. I've waited 3 years.

Mat Stevenson is the epitome of the old boy network personified as a 30 something bastard. Mat Stevenson plays with the dirty boys, trying to elevate himself above the scum he deals with daily. Montana justice ranks worst in the nation: much of the reason lies with Mat Stevenson. The truth hurts, the public deserves better. "
